At Parfums de Marly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened fragrances cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via the online portal or email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the seal, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
